How much will shipping cost?

Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose (either standard or express) and the size of your product order. When you make a purchase on Bose.com.au, the shipping charge is estimated in your basket, and will appear on the Payment Options page of the checkout process.

When will I receive my order?

Please note that the number of days quoted for shipping refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically one business day) is required for processing in-stock orders. Refer to the table for estimated delivery times.

Standard shipping for orders placed on www.bose.com.au is by StarTrack. Delivery time estimates apply to in-stock items only and exclude order processing time of one business day, and are subject to carrier delays outside our control. If you are not available to accept your delivery, the product will be returned to the sender.

Can my order be shipped to a post office (P.O.) box number?

We are able to deliver to a post office box only by StarTrack shipping. StarTrack will charge an additional fee for this service.

Can I have my order shipped outside Australia?

Orders placed on Bose.com.au can only be shipped to addresses within Australia. If you would like to place an order for shipment to another country, please visit the Bose worldwide website.

Will I get an order confirmation by email?

We will send you an order confirmation email after your details have been confirmed and the information has been accepted.

Do I need to sign for my package?

In order to ensure you receive your package on time and in good order, Bose does require a signature before a package can be left at your location. If you receive a notice stating delivery was attempted while you were out, please follow its instructions regarding an alternate delivery date or package pick-up.

A word about our boxes

Bose® products are shipped in distinctive packaging that showcases product image and name. Generally we do not outer pack our cartons although some packages containing two or more items may be outer packed.
