Battery indicator continuously blinks yellow while charging
The battery indicator light on your system flashes yellow while charging and stops flashing when fully charged. If the light never stops flashing while charging, try the following:
Be sure the headset software is up to date.
Check the software version and update, if necessary
For instructions on checking software, see Checking the software or firmware version .
For information on updating the headset, see Updating the software or firmware of your product.

Be sure to charge the headset using a Bose power supply or USB power source with equivalent specifications.
The power supply included with the headset, as well as the Bose 12-volt car charger accessory, charges the headset with 1 amp of current. Other USB chargers and computer USB ports may only charge at 500 milliamps (mA). This slower rate of charge will require more time for the headset to reach a full charge and may not provide enough power to indicate a full charge (green LED). It is recommended to use the Bose-supplied charger or one that is sure to provide 1 amp (1A or 1000 mA) or current
Check battery indicator light after removing it from the charger.
If the headset has been charging for several hours (at least 4), its likely the headset's battery is fully charged. Remove the headset from the charger, power it on, then check to see the battery indicator status.
