Clicking heard during phone calls when Bluetooth® volume is adjusted

If the person on the other end of a phone call hears a clicking sound when you adjust the Bluetooth volume on your Bose product, try the following:

Determine if the in-call Bluetooth® volume is adjustable on the phone.

Some phones allow the in-call volume adjustment to affect the audio level of the Bluetooth connection. If the connected phone allows this, raise the Bluetooth volume on the control module to its max and adjust the call volume from the phone.

Reset your product.

Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more info, see Resetting your product.
