Product turns off in high temperature environments
If the product turns off or shutsdown in high temperature environments, try the following:
Remove the battery to cool and then try again
The battery can shut down if temperatures reach beyond the normal operating range. This can happen with still air in direct sunlight with temperatures around 40C or 104F.
Disconnect the system from power, then remove the system battery. Once the battery is cool to the touch, replace the battery and try charging again.

Move the system out of direct sunlight
If possible, move the system to a shaded, cooler area.
If this issue happens repeatedly, call Bose customer support
This issue should not be a reoccurring thing. Call Bose customer support for assistance with your system.
