Intermittent or no audio from a source connected by input cable
If the sound from your connected instrument or audio source cuts in and out, plays inconsistently, choppy-sounding, or if there's no audio at all, try the following
Plug in a different audio source.
Connected a different audio source to determine if the issue is related to the source: If audio is being sent to your system from a a microphone, try a different microphone; if an instrument is connected, try a different instrument.
Check that the signal/clip lights are lit to confirm that the system detects an audio signal from the source.
If not, increase the volume on the instrument or audio source and the system.
Replace the input cables.
Try different input cables using the same source and same channel. If this solves the problem, the original cables may be defective.
Plug in to a different input on your product.
Determine if the issue is related to a particular input by connecting the audio source to a different input using the same audio source and cable(s).
You may need a phantom power supply
If you’re using a condenser microphone, make sure to connect it to a phantom power supply (such as a preamplifier or mixing console) before connecting it to the system.
Reboot the system.
Unplug the power cord and remove the system battery. Wait 30 seconds, then replace the battery and firmly plug the power cord back into the AC (mains) outlet.
