Cannot connect with Bluetooth using the Bose App
If you are unable to make a Bluetooth connection using the Bose App, please try the following:
Be sure you are using the Bose app.
There are other Bose apps (e.g. SoundTouch app, Connect app) designed for older products products. Your product works with the Bose app . For more info, see Downloading the Bose app.
Make sure the earbud firmware version is 1.7.6 or greater.
Firmware update 1.7.6 introduced a number of Bluetooth connectivity and stability improvements that could help.

If the version is below 1.7.6, see Updating the software or firmware of your product.

Select the type of device you are trying to connect:
Smartphone or tablet
