Touch control not working
If the earbuds don’t respond to touch control, please try the following:
Make sure you are using the touch control correctly.
See, Using Touch Control.
Reset your product.
Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more info, see Resetting your product.
Make sure your finger is making good contact with the touch control surface
- For multi-tap functions, vary the tap pressure
- Make sure your fingers are dry
- If your hair is wet, make sure it isn’t interfering with the touch surface
- If wearing gloves, remove them before touching the touch control surface
Check for and install any available product updates.
On a computer, visit btu.bose.com and follow the instructions to ensure your product has the latest features and enhancements. See Updating the software or firmware of your product.
Be sure your product is within 33 feet (10 meters) of the Bluetooth device.
This range can be reduced by obstacles (e.g. walls, doors, appliances, wireless devices, etc.). Try moving the device and product closer together.
