Changes to product settings are not retained

If your product has a settings menu or works with a Bose app that can adjust settings, try the following if settings are changed but not reflected or remembered by your product:

Do not disconnect the system from power immediately after making changes.

When the system is shut off, any changes that have been made in the menus must be stored into permanent memory. This process can take up to two minutes. Wait at least two minutes after turning the system off before unplugging the system

Your media center may need service.
