Updating the software or firmware of your product

Software and firmware updates improve product features and stability. Install any available updates to keep your product working at its best.

Select the earbuds or the charging case below for help updating.

Note: The earbuds and the charging case must be updated separately:
  • The earbuds are updated wirelessly from the Bose app. (The app will not update the case.)
  • The case is updated from a computer with a USB-C cable by going to btu.bose.com. (This site will not update the earbuds.)
