Indicator light is red or blinks red
If the LED indicator light on your product is solid red or flashing red, please try the following:
Reset your product.
Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more info, see Resetting your product.
Remove and reattach the battery.
The battery may not be properly attached or there could be an issue interacting with the battery. Remove and reattach the battery to re-establish a connection. For more information, see Replacing the battery in your product.
Disconnect the battery, then try updating your product at btu.bose.com.
Remove the battery from the bottom of your product. Then, connect it to a power outlet and try updating it at btu.bose.com. (For this test, don't use the Bose Connect app to update your product.)
Power off your system and charge the battery for at least one hour.
If the battery is completely discharged, it will not recharge while the system power switch is set to On or Quick Charge. Connect your system to an AC (mains) outlet, set the power switch to Off (middle position) and allow the battery to charge for at least one hour.
Your product may need service.
If the steps provided do not resolve your issue, your product may need service. Follow the link below for more information on how to service your product. Depending on your product and region, you will be provided a contact number or the ability to setup service online.
