DVD will not eject
If a DVD is stuck and will not eject from your system, try the following:
Be sure the system is able to turn on.
Try turning on the system using the remote control or the control panel. If neither method turns the system on, see Product will not turn on.
Be sure to press the Open/Close button only once.
Pressing Open/Closequickly multiple times may prevent the desired action from happening.
Reset your media center and eject the disc before turning the system on.
After the reset, try to eject the disc before turning the system on. Do not turn the power on or press any buttons before attempting to eject the disc as the system may encounter the same error if it reads the disc. For more information on resetting the media center, see Resetting your product.
Note: A reset is used to correct occasional product issues. It is not something that a product should require repeatedly.

Switch from one source to another, then back again.
Switching from one source to another, then back, may allow the system to eject the disc.
Reset the cable or satellite box.
Cable and satellite boxes may need to be reset from time to time—much like rebooting a computer. Disconnect power from the box for 30 seconds, then wait for it to start up.
Be sure your system supports the type of disc you are trying to play.
If the issue is with certain types of discs, check that your system supports that type of disc. For more info, see Disc compatibility charts.
Your media center may need service.
If the steps provided do not resolve your issue, your product may need service. Follow the link below for more information on how to service your product. Depending on your product and region, you will be provided a contact number or the ability to setup service online.
