Checking the remaining battery charge

Find out how to check the battery level of your product using the product lights or the Bose app, if applicable.

Check the Earbud Battery Status

While using the earbuds

  • When you remove the earbuds from the charging case and insert them into your ears, a voice prompt announces the earbud battery status.
  • Use the Bose QCE app. The earbud battery level is displayed on the product control screen.
NOTE: If one earbud has a lower battery level than the other, the voice prompt announces "Battery Low" from the earbud with the lower battery level.
  • You can also predict how much time you have before the earbuds need to be charged. To access this option, tap Battery Prediction on the main app screen.

While charging the earbuds

When you place the earbuds into the charging case, the status light glows according to the battery status.
NOTE: If one earbud has a lower battery level than the other, the status light reflects the lower battery level. See Understanding LED indicator status lights and information for more details.
