Turning off Demo mode

Your system has a demonstration mode, which is used for in-store displays. If your system is in Demo mode, find out how to exit it and resume normal use of your system.

Eject the demo disc to exit Demo mode.

If a demo disc is in the disc tray of the system console, your system will remain on and in Demo mode. To eject the disc and exit Demo mode:

On the system console, simultaneously press the On/Off and Enter buttons
Release the two buttons, then press the Open/Close button to open the disc tray
Remove the demo disc, then press the Open/Close button to close the disc tray.

Tip: If this does not work, reset your system. Then, before powering it on or pressing any other buttons, press the Open/Close button on the system console. For more info, see Resetting your product.
