All DVDs will not play
If multiple DVDs fail to play on your system, try the following:
Determine if sound can be heard when playing a disc in internal DVD player.
If there is video but no audio, see No audio from product.
Determine if there is sound but no picture when playing a disc in internal DVD player.
If there is audio but no video, see No video from the built-in DVD player.
Be sure the disc is inserted with the label facing up.
Place the disc in your system with labelled side of the disc facing upward. If there is no label, try both sides.
Be sure your system supports the type of disc you are trying to play.
If the issue is with certain types of discs, check that your system supports that type of disc. For more info, see Disc compatibility charts.
Your media center may need service.
