In the app, go to Settings > Technical Info. Here, you can view the product's serial number.
The serial number is located on the back of the speaker under the charging port.
Important: We are aware that on some products the serial number printing may be very faint in color. This is normal and we can acquire the serial number from the Bose app via Settings>Technical Info or the original box under the bar code. To verify your products authenticity, you can use our product registration site: global.Bose.com/registration
Serial number location
Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).
To view info about your product:
Please note: Some settings and features displayed may vary by product. However, the steps to find your product information are valid.
- In the Bose app
, tap the Settings icon
in the upper-right corner.
If a different product is shown, tap the My Bose iconin upper-left corner then select the desired product.
- Scroll down to and tap Technical Info.
Details about your product appear.
