"No Lifestyle Video Signal" message displayed on media center
This message appears if the system does not detect video from the connected source. To resolve this, try the following:
Be sure both video connectors of the VS-2 Quadra Cable are connected to the "Video Out" connections on the media center.
Connecting S-Video and composite video connectors to the "Video In" connections will result in no video.
Check the Video Resolution setting.
The VS-2 has the ability to up-scale the video signal to a higher quality. Check to see if changing this setting helps. For information on how to change the VS-2's video resolution, see Setting video resolution.
Perform a media center with video enhancer reset, and reseat the VS-2 to media center connections.
During the media center reset process, while power is disconnected, reseat the VS-2 interconnect cable, serial data cable and video connections at the media center and VS-2 enhancer. For more information on how to reset the media center, see Resetting your product
