Adjusting the volume level on your product

You can adjust the volume by using Press and Turn volume control or by using the volume controls on your mobile device.

To use Press and Turn volume control:

• Make sure the frames software is up to date
• Make sure Press and Turn volume control is on in the Bose Connect app. You can access this option from the Settings menu.

To increase the volume, press and hold the button on your Frames while turning your head to the right. Release the button to set the volume.

You'll hear a tone when the volume reaches the maximum level.


To decrease volume, press and hold the button while turning your head to the left. Release the button to set the volume.


You'll hear a tone when the volume reaches the minimum level.

Note: To change the volume in larger intervals, turn your head slowly.
