"Error: Call Bose" message appears during SoundTouch setup
This message can appear if there is an issue communicating with the attached SoundTouch adapter. To resolve this, try the following:
Remove the SoundTouch adapter
Disconnect the SoundTouch adapter from the control console.
Reset your control console.
A reset is used to correct occasional product issues. It is not something that a product should require repeatedly. For more information, see Resetting your product.
Reconnect the SoundTouch adapter and continue set up.
Reconnect the SoundTouch adapter and continue with the set up process. For more information on setting up the SoundTouch part of the system, see Setting up your product.
